John Mayer – Phone Sex and Star Wars Collectibles

God, I want to be a rock star. Pugnacious crooner John Mayer has admitted to odd spending habits. Yep, Mayer spent $1,500 on phone sex just before spending roughly the same amount on Star Wars collectibles.

Hmmm…

I don’t want to throw innuendo around, but phone sex and action figures seem like an odd mix. I mean, I can see $1,500 on phone sex and maybe $10 on moisturizer. But action figures?

This reminds me of the rather humorous Internet interest in odd sexualities. No, I’m not talking about midgets or some other oddity. Traffic statistics show that ever month there are upwards of 6,000 searches for “lego sex”. I kid you not.

Well, if John is into collectibles and phone sex, good for him. Of course, I’ll never look at Darth Vader the same way.
