Principles Gone Wild

Ah, the American education system. People in Indiana are flipping a lid after finding out that a middle school principal got on state with two students and got funky with her bad self to the Village People.

Wearing “short shorts”, Alice Mehaffey, was on stage with two boys who were dressed up as the village people. One of the boys, dressed as the cop, handcuffed her and the chaos started. She ripped the t-shirt off one of the boys! You, go girl!

As mentioned, this occurred in the enlightened state of Indiana. Parents went nuts and firings were demanded. Showing an unusual amount of backbone, the board declined and Alice made an apology.

While this may seem a bit risk at first glance, keep in mind they were dancing to songs by the Village People. I mean, come on. Who the hell could get fired up by Village People songs? Not exactly Viagra for the ears!

Hmmm…I wonder if I can make the talent show next year?
