Phone Sex on Neighbors Phone? Nyet!

A young man from the northern Russian city of Archangelsk has been detained for making calls to Moscow phone sex services, the Gazeta.ru reported. So, is phone sex illegal in Russia? Not on your life. So, why did he get in trouble? There was one little catch. Our boy was using the neighbors phone line! lol

When the owners of the phone number, an elderly couple, received a bill for $5,000, they complained to the police. Detectives started their investigation and found no obvious answers.  Then they decided to take a look at the technology.

When they did, detectives discovered that their 25-year-old neighbor had hot-wired his phone the lines of the elderly couple. Turns out he did it to get around his own unpaid phone sex bills. He had been using his own phone to call sex services, but it was cut off by a local phone utility when his unpaid bills amounted to $10,000.

A criminal case has already been launched against the telephone sex addict. He is facing charges of property damage and could face up to two years in prison. Hope the authorities are paying close attention to the phone lines in the prison.
