Sexual Intercourse – Not Just For Fun Anymore

Pushing the medical field to a new high, an Oregon doctor is being sued for treating a patient with sexual intercourse. It wasn’t even a proctology practice!

A 48-year-old patient is suing Dr. Randall Smith, her osteopath for treating her back pains with a good boning. The good doctor supposedly intimated that by having sex, her pressure points would be massaged and relieve the back stress. Showing particular bravery, Dr. Smith billed the Oregon State Health Plan $5,000 for his “treatments.”

And I thought House, M.D., was a good show!

The patient is asking for $4 million is damages and is like to do okay. Dr. Smith, it seems, pushed the medical boundaries a bit much in the opinion of the licensing agencies. He has already  lost his license, spent 60 days in jail, served 200 hours of community service and paid $1,105 in fined. Admittedly, the good doctor has a problem, but what about the patient?

Who in their right mind would submit to sexual intercourse as a treatment for back pain? Supposedly, this unnamed victim was “depressed.” Please. What a lame excuse.

Here’s a helpful hint to all of you. If you go to the doctor because of an injury, screwing will not make it better. No doubt this will shock you.  Is there any common sense left in the world?
